Valve Job, New Water Pump and Timing Chain. Looking good. Hope it runs as good as it looks. If not the machine shop is the next step.

I was able
to get to the timing chain area and found that the chain was badly
stretched. The gears were OK so I replaced the timing chain. While in
the process of replacing the timing chain I was able to clean the frame
area in front of the engine block. I primed it with Rust-O-leum primer
and painted it gloss black. Valve Job, New Water Pump and Timing Chain. Looking good. Hope it runs as good as it looks. If not the machine shop is the next step. |
